Personal data collected
The personal data we collect are identifying data of the user (name, surname, e-mail and possibly the telephone number, if provided by the user in the message).
Our website also collects anonymous data relating to navigation on the site, such as your IP address, domain names of computers used by users who connect to sites, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of requested resources , the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
We use these data for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the sites and to check their correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes. Save this eventuality, these data persist on our computer systems for a time normally not exceeding thirty days.

Data retention
Your data is treated internally and stored on servers protected by firewalls and antivirus. Our web-agency that provides the hosting service could host some of your data, but does not have access to your data that is sent on our internal mail.
Duration of treatment
Your data is kept only for the time necessary to respond to your contact request. If, on the other hand, you also select the authorization for treatment for commercial purposes (if necessary, to communicate your data to third parties), the registration period is limited to 2 years, after which we will ask you for a new authorization.

FACCHINETTI & PARTNERS does not perform profiling activities of its users, we do not have automated decision-making processes, because we prefer direct contact with our users (stay human!).
